We will always be happy to accommodate a refund of your order, if you receive a product which is faulty or damaged. We are only able to process refunds on any items that are faulty or damaged. Items are sold as seen and are standard to product descriptions listed by us on our website. However, we unfortunately will not be able to process refunds on any items of jewellery due to heightened regulations in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. We will also be unable to accept refunds if requested due to a misunderstanding of product dimensions. All dimensions are listed in full on the website, and should you wish to discuss this - please contact us using the appropriate channels. Finally we withhold the right to reject and immediately refund any order for our own reasoning.
